Refund, Return & Cancellation Policy
At Ancheril Opticals, we always aim to provide good quality eyewear and a smooth experience. At the same time, we understand that sometimes things don’t work out as expected. This policy explains how we handle exchanges, refunds and cancellations so everything is clear from the start.
Return & Exchange:
We currently allow exchanges under certain conditions:
- Sunglasses and frames can be exchanged within 3–4 days from the date of delivery
- The product must be unused with original tags, case and packaging intact
- The item should be in the same condition as it was delivered
Since our stock is limited and varies, exchanges are always subject to availability. If the requested product is not available at the time, we may offer store credit instead, which can be used for a future purchase.
Please note:
- Prescription lenses cannot be returned or exchanged. These are custom-made based on individual requirements, so they cannot be reused or resold.
To request an exchange, you’ll need to contact us with your order details or proof of purchase. Once we review it, we’ll guide you on the next steps.
Refunds:
We do not offer refunds for regular returns or exchanges. Refunds are only applicable in specific situations.
A refund will be issued only if we are unable to fulfill your order due to internal reasons (for example, stock unavailability or order processing issues from our side).
In such cases:
- You will be informed clearly about the reason
- A full refund will be processed
- The amount will be returned through your original payment method
Refund processing may take around 5–7 business days to reflect in your account, depending on your payment provider.
We do not provide refunds for:
- Change of mind after purchase
- Products that do not meet exchange conditions
- Prescription lens orders
Order Cancellation:
We allow cancellations, but only within a limited time window.
- Orders can be canceled within 24 hours of placing the order
- After 24 hours, cancellations are not accepted, as the order may already be in processing
If, for any reason, we have to cancel your order from our side:
- You will be informed about the reason
- A full refund will be issued
